What You’ll Be Doing

As a Residential & Office Cleaning Technician, you’ll help create clean, comfortable environments for our clients.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors
• Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
• Sanitizing high-touch surfaces
• Making beds and tidying living spaces
• Using company provided non-toxic cleaning products
• Following our professional cleaning systems and checklists
• Providing friendly and professional service to clients

You’ll work with a supportive team that values quality, communication, and teamwork.

Schedule & Travel

Schedule:Monday – Friday8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Service Area:We serve homes and offices within approximately 30 miles of La Crosse, including:

• Onalaska
• Holmen
• West Salem
• Sparta
• Surrounding communities

Driving time between jobs is paid.

• You do not have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, active insurance, and a good driving record.
• You do not enjoy cleaning or take pride in creating clean, organized spaces.
• You prefer not to interact with clients or make occasional friendly conversation while working in their homes.
• You struggle with reliability or frequent call-outs, as our team and clients depend on consistent attendance.
• You are uncomfortable around pets, as many of our clients have dogs, cats, or other animals in their homes.
• You are not willing to travel within a 30-mile radius of our office located in La Crosse, WI.
• You have difficulty with clear and timely communication with team members and management.

Requirements

Applicants must:

• ✔ Be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• ✔ Have a valid driver's license
• ✔ Have a reliable insured vehicle
• ✔ Be comfortable working in homes with dogs and cats
• ✔ Be able to pass a background check
• ✔ Have a smartphone with data and texting capability
• ✔ Be physically able to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 25 lbs
• ✔ Enjoy cleaning

No prior cleaning experience required.We provide professional training.
