Job Overview

Experienced Residential Cleaner – Deep Clean Specialist & Trainer

Location: La Crosse, WI
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Nights, Weekends, or Major Holidays

Bring Your Experience. Learn Our System. Grow Into Leadership.

This is not an entry-level cleaning position.

CMA Cleaning is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented experienced professional cleaner who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role.

You already know how to clean professionally—but you must also be willing to learn how we clean at CMA.

Every cleaning company has different methods, expectations, tools, and quality standards. Your previous experience is valuable, but success in this role requires humility, coachability, and the willingness to follow our proven Cleaning System exactly as trained.

If you take pride in walking into a tough job and making it look effortless, if you get genuine satisfaction from a before-and-after that most people would not even attempt, and if you have ever found yourself naturally showing others how to do things the right way, this role was built for you.

We are looking for someone who says:

“I have strong cleaning experience, and I am ready to learn the CMA way.”

What This Role Actually Is

As our Deep Clean Specialist and Trainer, you will lead deep cleaning jobs from start to finish, assess each home, develop a cleaning plan on the spot, and ensure every job leaves the client speechless.

You will also train new technicians during their first week using our proven Speed Cleaning system, complete daily evaluations, and report directly to our Field Operations Manager.

This is not a side duty. Training is a core part of the role and comes with a trainer pay bonus on top of your base rate.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead residential deep cleans from start to finish.
  • Assess each home and follow an organized cleaning plan.
  • Complete detailed cleaning work with consistency and efficiency.
  • Learn and follow CMA Cleaning’s Speed Cleaning System.
  • Accept coaching and apply feedback immediately.
  • Complete required training before independently leading or training others.
  • Model CMA Cleaning’s standards, procedures, and core values.
  • Train new technicians using CMA-approved methods
  • Complete daily training evaluations and provide factual feedback.
  • Communicate job progress, concerns, and quality issues to management.
  • Represent CMA Cleaning professionally in every client’s home.

What We’re Looking For

You may be a strong fit for this role if you:

  • Have at least one year of professional cleaning experience.
  • Have experience in residential cleaning, deep cleaning, hotel housekeeping supervision, or a cleaning team lead position.
  • Genuinely enjoy detailed and challenging cleaning work.
  • Take pride in noticeable before-and-after results.
  • Are confident in your skills without believing you already know everything.
  • Are open to being observed, corrected, coached, and evaluated.
  • Can set aside old habits when they do not match CMA Cleaning’s procedures.
  • Follow systems consistently, even when they differ from how you cleaned elsewhere.
  • Understand that you must first demonstrate the CMA system before teaching it to others.
  • Communicate calmly, clearly, and respectfully.
  • Lead by example rather than by title.
  • Are dependable, punctual, and available Monday through Friday.
  • Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • Can meet the physical demands of residential cleaning.

This Role Is Not a Fit If You:

  • Become defensive when someone corrects you or asks you to do something differently.
  • Prefer doing things your own way over following a proven system.
  • Frequently say "that's not how we did it at my last job."
  • Cut corners when no one is watching.
  • Want the title without first proving the consistency.
  • Think your experience means you can skip training.
  • Struggle to follow checklists, systems, or quality standards every single time.

What We Offer

  • Competitive performance-based pay with advancement tiers.
  • Trainer pay bonus for every training day completed.
  • Weekly pay.
  • Monday through Friday schedule.
  • No nights.
  • No weekends.
  • No major holidays.
  • Uniforms and cleaning supplies provided.
  • Structured training in the CMA Speed Cleaning System.
  • Clear performance expectations and advancement opportunities.
  • The opportunity to grow into a trusted leadership role.
  • A supportive team that respects professional cleaning as a skilled trade.
  • The opportunity to work for a company recognized by CommunityVotes La Crosse.
