POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy, roadmap development, and execution across an established portfolio of products while helping shape the next generation of growth opportunities.
This role will own existing product lines and drive future product development by partnering closely with customers, sales, engineering, operations, and marketing to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and bring winning products to market.
The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with technical curiosity and thrives operating at both strategic and tactical levels. This role requires someone who can define long-term product direction while remaining deeply involved in day-to-day execution.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives
- Identify opportunities for new products, product enhancements, and portfolio optimization
- Translate customer needs and market insights into actionable product strategies and priorities
- Drive portfolio decisions based on customer value, competitive dynamics, and market trends
Voice of Customer & Market Insights
- Establish and lead Voice of Customer processes to understand customer pain points, unmet needs, and willingness to pay
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities and threats
- Partner closely with sales teams, dealers, distributors, and customers to gather market feedback
- Become the internal expert on customers, competitors, and market dynamics
Product Development & Execution
- Partner closely with engineering to translate customer needs into clear product requirements and priorities
- Support new product development efforts from concept through launch
- Drive product enhancement initiatives to improve competitiveness and customer value
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful execution across engineering, operations, sales, and marketing
Product Launch & Commercialization
- Partner with marketing and commercial teams to support product launches and go-to-market activities
- Help develop product positioning, value propositions, and customer messaging
- Support training efforts to ensure internal teams understand new products and features
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field
- 7 years of product management, product development, engineering, or related experience within industrial, manufacturing, automotive aftermarket, or similar B2B environments
- Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with engineering and commercial teams
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and new product development processes
- Experience conducting market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Engineering background or technical experience strongly preferred
- MBA or advanced business education is a plus
- Experience within industrial manufacturing, commercial equipment, truck equipment, or adjacent industries preferred
- Experience launching physical products in manufacturing environments
