Entry Level Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers and businesses with a positive and uplifting greeting
- Connect with customers to serve as their primary point of contact, ensuring their service needs are met
- Provide tailored solutions and recommend the best products and services with customized solutions that align with their inquiries for wireless, internet or entertainment options
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to billing, service quality, or technical support in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with sales, customer service, and technical teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services.
- Learn new skills daily to increase position development and knowledge
- Offer ongoing support to other Entry Level Sales Representatives and always strive to exceed customer expectations and maintain high satisfaction levels
Entry Level Sales Representative Skills:
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, warehouse, general labor, or related field is highly preferred
- Confident and clear in both verbal and written communication, as you’ll be interacting with customers
- Ability to find solutions to resolve customer issues and provide effective solutions
- Thrives in connecting with customers and is passionate about helping others
- Opening to learning a new role and position to continue enhancing skills
- Experience managing either multiple accounts and teams of individuals is a plus

Pay: $700.00 - $1,250.00 per week
