This Customer Enrollment Associate role is essential to our market expansion efforts and supports our AT&T Business partnership by engaging businesses and customers, coordinating product and service activations, and ensuring a smooth and professional sales experience from start to finish.
As a Customer Enrollment Associate, you will help AT&T Businesses transition successfully from the sales stage into full service activation. You will receive structured development in this role that involves learning the enrollment process, sales strategies and systems, compliance requirements with businesses, and AT&T’s service offerings. Your responsibilities will include preparing and managing all of the business and customer enrollment process.
Customer Enrollment Associate Responsibilities:
- Connect with businesses to introduce and sell AT&T services in a professional and customer-focused manner.
- Increase sales and market share by managing assigned accounts and generating new business opportunities.
- Guide customers through the full enrollment process, confirming eligibility, completing required forms, and ensuring a smooth transition into their AT&T Business services.
- Manage newly enrolled AT&T Business customers through the final activation process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Verify customer information, coordinate with internal operations teams, and resolve issues quickly and clearly.
- Provide customers with accurate information about their AT&T Business services, setup steps, and initial billing details.
- Track activation progress, customer feedback, and follow-up actions using tools to ensure continuity and measure success.
Customer Enrollment Associate Qualifications:
