The Role
We are seeking a Project Manager who owns outcomes.
You will be fully accountable for budget, schedule, quality, and client experience across assigned projects. This is a leadership role that requires judgment, control, and follow-through — not coordination.
You will work in close partnership with an Assistant Project manager and superintendents leading the project team to deliver homes that meet both technical standards and client expectations.
What You Will Own
Project Performance
- Full accountability for project delivery from pre-construction through closeout
- Alignment between estimating, field execution, and client expectations
- Early identification and resolution of risks
Financial Control
- Ownership of budgets, forecasting, and cost-to-complete
- Management of change orders with discipline and accuracy
- Protection of project margins without compromising client trust
Schedule Execution
- Development and maintenance of detailed, realistic schedules
- Accountability across trades and field teams
- Active management of delays and implementation of recovery plans
Quality & Craftsmanship
- Delivery of high-end construction standards at every phase
- Enforcement of quality expectations with field teams and trade partners
- Proactive issue resolution — not end-of-job correction
Client Leadership
- Primary point of contact for clients throughout the project
- Clear, proactive, and professional communication
- Ability to manage expectations and navigate complex decisions
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years of experience managing custom residential or high-end construction projects
- Proven ability to run projects independently with full accountability
- Strong financial and operational control of projects
- Experience managing demanding clients and complex builds
- High level of organization, urgency, and attention to detail
- Clear, confident communication and decision-making
- Experience with Procore preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
