What You'll Do:
- Oversee temporary associates on shift
- Walk the floor and support associates throughout the shift
- Manage and update attendance reports
- Process payroll
- Send daily communication emails to branch teams
- Conduct safety walks and safety observations
- Maintain and update safety reports
- Participate in meetings with warehouse management and supervisors
What You Need
- Must be able to read, write and speak English and Spanish
- Warehouse lead or supervisory experience is needed
- Flexibility to work extra hours during busy season
- Reliable transportation
- Strong ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on leader who is comfortable being visible and active on the floor
- Ability to walk the floor throughout the shift
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
