Growing landscaping company is looking for a strong Operations Manager to help organize, manage and scale our business.
We are a well-established landscaping company with consistent yearly growth. We are looking for a highly organized, responsible and proactive Operations Manager to take control of daily operations and help take the company to the next level.
This position works directly with the owner and has real responsibility and decision-making authority.
Main Responsibilities
- Schedule and organize daily crews and routes
- Coordinate weekly and monthly work schedules
- Manage job calendars and rescheduling due to weather
- Send estimates and proposals to customers
- Send invoices and follow up on payments
- Manage customer communications (calls, emails, scheduling)
- Track equipment, trucks and maintenance schedules
- Organize materials and supply needs
- Monitor job completion and quality control follow-up
- Prepare weekly operational reports for ownership
What We Are Looking For
- Strong organizational skills (very important)
- Experience in landscaping, construction, or field operations preferred
- Ability to manage multiple crews and priorities
- Comfortable working with scheduling, invoicing and customer communication
- Leadership mindset
- Fluent English required (Spanish is a big plus)
- Reliable, responsible and detail-oriented
