The Role

We are looking for a high-energy HVAC Coordinator to join our team. If you have a "firm but kind" demeanor and love a fast-paced environment, you’ll fit right in.

Shift: Wednesday to Sunday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Experience Required: Previous HVAC coordination or heavy scheduling experience is needed.

Your Daily Mission:

Customer Connection: Handling inbound/outbound calls and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

The Puzzle Master: Coordinating installation appointments between customers and our field team.

The Details: Data entry, scanning/uploading documents, and equipment ordering.

The Finish Line: Registering equipment warranties and following through on customer financing.

What You Bring to the Table

The Basics: Strong computer proficiency and a high level of attention to detail.

The Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask without losing your positive attitude.

The Mindset: A self-confident, outgoing, and dynamic personality.

The Knowledge: Project management or scheduling experience is preferred. Geographical knowledge of Snohomish County is a huge plus!
