Qualifications
Minimum:
Strong mechanical aptitude
· Ability to use hand and power tools applicable to trade.
· Ability to lead and train staff and/or students.
· Ability to develop heating, ventilating, and air conditioning system modification plans.
· Ability to read schematics and blueprints and/or technical manuals.
· Complete knowledge of mechanical systems, building materials, and basic building codes as related to HVAC.
What You Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5-10 years’ experience in the HVAC industry as a journeyman installer.
- Must pass MVR screening and maintain a good driving record.
- Must be able to follow directions and work independently.
