Responsibilities and Duties
-Answering high volume phone lines and inputting data
-Multitasking is a MUST
- Scheduling jobs on the proper technicians
-Outbounding to existing customers to create business
-Dispatching appointments to technical staff
-Ordering parts and processing warranties
-Other Misc duties as assigned
-Being an AWESOME person
