CM Electrical Solutions is seeking a motivated Electrical Apprentice with a minimum of 2 years of field experience to join our growing team. This position offers hands-on work across residential, commercial, and light industrial projects throughout Hardin County, Elizabethtown, Campbellsville, and surrounding Central Kentucky areas.

Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Work on residential, commercial, and light industrial projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and jobsite drawings
- Install conduit (EMT/PVC), pull wire, and complete device terminations
- Use testing equipment to verify circuits and troubleshoot issues
- Support installation of lighting systems, panels, services, and low-voltage systems
- Follow NEC standards and jobsite safety protocols at all times
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Communicate effectively with team members and maintain professionalism on job sites
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of electrical field experience required
- Basic knowledge of NEC and electrical safety practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Experience with conduit bending and wire installation
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn, grow, and advance within the trade
