Duties
- Lead and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating performance to ensure team excellence
- Meet monthly collection goals
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales
- Oversee daily operations such as cash handling and POS transactions with accuracy and integrity
- Implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities to meet or exceed sales targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and store procedures
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster a welcoming shopping environment
Skills
- Proven management experience with supervising teams in a rent-to-own environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math calculations
- Demonstrated leadership in training for staff growth
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy store setting
- Knowledge of rent-to-own collection strategies
