The coordinator communicates daily with carriers, shippers, and other partners to confirm appointments, resolve issues, and provide status updates. Additional responsibilities include monitoring inventory and documentation, verifying billing and rates, and using logistics systems to maintain accurate records. The position also supports continuous improvement by identifying delays, proposing solutions, and collaborating with team members to optimize drayage operations.
