JOB TITLE: Project Manager, Enterprise Business Solutions
Description:
Lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from conception to completion with a strong understanding of project management methodologies, a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee a team of business analysts and project administrators in support of administrative services functions including human resource management, financial management and reporting, facilities management, asset management, etc.
Coordinate efforts in planning, implementing, and maintaining our ERP and administrative services systems, including a major move from one ERP platform to another.
Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and tracking systems to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Delegates and oversees the process of EBS related projects.
Manage project resources, including budget, staff, and vendor relationships.
Lead cross-functional teams and work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure project goals are met.
Measures and mitigates risks, communicates concerns, project status, and changes to stakeholders, management, executive leaders, and team members.
Manage project scope and change control processes to ensure projects stay on track.
Facilitate regular project meetings and provide updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and project teams.
Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies.

Education and Certificates:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5 – 10 years of related experience.
PMP certification or equivalent project management experience.
Sufficient years of experience managing complex technology projects.
