With more than three decades of collective experience, our Seattle attorneys bring deep experience across all phases of litigation, including dispositive motion practice, trial preparation, and appellate advocacy. This breadth of practice strengthens the firm’s litigation capabilities nationally and offers Summer Associates exposure to sophisticated, high-stakes matters without being siloed into a single type of work.

In addition to insurance coverage matters, you will observe how our team represents clients in product liability, construction, and other complex civil disputes. You will take part in meaningful, hands-on assignments, including legal research, drafting, and participation in team discussions, that build practical skills and a strong foundation for a litigation career.
