CLX Logistics is a Michigan-based last-mile delivery company seeking reliable, professional, and motivated Package Delivery Drivers to join our growing team. Drivers will report to the warehouse for daily dispatch, load packages, and complete assigned delivery routes efficiently and safely.
Position Overview
Delivery Drivers are responsible for delivering an average of 60-200 packages per day to residential and business locations. Candidates must be dependable, organized, professional, and able to meet daily delivery performance expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Report to the warehouse on time for scheduled dispatch
- Load, organize, and secure packages for efficient delivery
- Deliver 60 packages per day accurately and on time
- Operate a personal vehicle safely and professionally
- Maintain scan compliance and delivery documentation through a mobile delivery system
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding delays, delivery issues, or route concerns
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards
- Maintain a professional appearance and practice proper hygiene and cleanliness
- Keep the leased, rented, or personal vehicles' interior clean and presentable at all times
- Complete assigned routes within required timeframes
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must have a reliable cargo van, or sprinter-style van
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
- Must be able to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Smartphone required for navigation and delivery scanning systems
Schedule
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
