As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Experience Coordinator to support our revenue pipeline and ensure an exceptional client journey from proposal through booking and execution.
Position Overview
The Client Experience Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the sales and design teams by managing proposals, contracts, deposits, and internal communication. This role helps ensure that opportunities move efficiently through the sales process while maintaining the high standards of organization and responsiveness expected of a luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Proposal Support
- Prepare and revise client proposals and quotes
- Send contracts and track execution status
- Monitor deposit timelines and support follow-up communication
- Maintain accurate records within CRM and internal systems
Client & Team Coordination
- Support communication between sales, design, warehouse, and leadership teams
- Help prioritize opportunities based on timelines and client needs
- Track outstanding approvals and ensure next steps are completed
- Assist with internal documentation for event execution
Process & Organization
- Maintain organized digital files and workflow tracking
- Help improve efficiency in proposal turnaround and contract processing
- Support reporting on pipeline activity and booking progress
- Ensure deadlines and deliverables are consistently met
Qualifications
- 2 years administrative, coordination, or operations support experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with CRM systems, scheduling tools, or quoting processes preferred
- Event industry experience is a plus but not required
Compensation & Growth
Salary Range: $42,000 – $48,000
Compensation will be based on experience, demonstrated organizational strength, and ability to manage complex workflows.
This role includes performance-based growth opportunities as CLUXE continues to scale.
Work Environment
- Full-time position based in Charlotte, NC
- Primarily in-office with collaborative team interaction
- Occasional extended hours during peak event periods
