Clutch is looking for a Lead Generation Coordinator with a background in experiential and events new business for an agency client of ours.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential brands, and event or experience opportunities within target verticals.
- Initiate engagement through customized email campaigns, social media, cold calling, and professional networking to generate interest.
- Vet incoming and outgoing leads to ensure they meet our criteria before transitioning them to Business Development.
- Manage the initial funnel by scheduling introductory and discovery sessions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all interactions and pipeline progress.
- Create outreach campaigns, sales collateral, and industry-specific communication strategies.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to pinpoint emerging opportunities.
- Support proposal development and represent the agency at networking events.
- 2-3 years in sales development, lead generation, or client-facing roles with an agency setting that focuses on events and experiences.
- Bachelors in Marketing, Communications, or similar required.
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity and a natural ability to build rapport.
- Exceptional written and verbal skills.
- Proficient with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting Account Executives or Sales Directors.
- Familiarity with the B2B/B2C experiential and events landscape.
Salary : $75,000 - $105,000
