Clutch is looking for an experienced Creative Technology Lead with agency experience for a client of ours.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business objectives into clear, concise technical and functional designs.
• Define and guide system architecture, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Oversee database structure, conduct code reviews, and provide technical direction to the development team.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools.
• Ensure quality control throughout the development process.
• Lead UI/UX wireframing and define the functional flow of systems.
• Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Define and document functional specifications.
• Manage the technical scope of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Break down projects into manageable tasks and traffic them to the development team.
• Conduct client meetings to gather requirements and present technical solutions.
• Proactively identify and address potential technical challenges.
• Ability to walk through workflows and find appropriate applications or plugins for projects.
• Evaluate and recommend the right technical talent for projects.
• Mentor and guide developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team.
• Demonstrated experience with website development, Shopify, Salesforce, and potentially WordPress.
• Ability to work on custom development projects.
• Quality control, audits, hand-offs, and technical recommendations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role in UX/UI Development and Design, with a strong portfolio of relevant projects.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Technology, or similar.
• Previous experience in a creative marketing or advertising agency strongly preferred.
• Previous client facing experience required, managing projects.
• Deep understanding of system architecture, database design, and software development best practices.
• Proficiency in relevant technologies and frameworks (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, relevant backend languages).
• Experience with CMS platforms is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of web development and potential plugins and custom apps builds.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to evaluate developer work and ensure execution quality.
