What are the responsibilities and job description for the Carrier and Client Success Coordinator position at Clutch Transportation Services?
Summary: The role of Carrier and Client Success Coordinator is to organize the details of a load and act as a liaison to handle questions and concerns for customers as well as helping coordinate the logistics of moving freight between carriers and shippers and verify the successful completion of the logistical move. They understand the daily dynamics and meet necessary KPI's while providing leadership to the team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand current and trending rates
- Utilize load boards and other logistical software to assist in daily responsibilities
- Negotiate rates with potential carriers
- Track shipments and ensure successful completion of deliveries
- Point of contact for carriers covering their designated loads.
- Strategize in finding and working through loads for potential carriers
- Data Entry and Building Loads for the customer
- Constant communication with internal sales and dispatch team while providing leadership and direction
- Feedback and providing updates and other communications to customers
- Quickly problem solve and provide outstanding customer service
- Understand margin and profitability
- Ensure proper paperwork is completed and safety compliances are met

- Be able to work under pressure, multitask and keep accurate records.
- Computer software experience with systems including but not limited to Microsoft Outlook, Excel,

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
