Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the VAR and IT industry, with a proven track record of generating significant gross profit and a book of business that will follow them. This role requires a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is self-sufficient, and is passionate about delivering unparalleled value to customers.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with a focus on understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets consistently, demonstrating a proven ability to generate over $300,000 in gross profit per year.
  • Excel at engaging with customers directly in the field.



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. (preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the VAR and IT industry.
  • Proven track record of generating over $300,000 in gross profit per year.
  • Strong understanding of technology solutions and services, with the ability to articulate their value to customers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote/flexible work environment.
  • Passionate about sales, customer success, and delivering results.
