Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Group Fitness Instructor to lead engaging group classes that inspire and motivate our members. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for all fitness levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and lead group fitness classes (e.g., HIIT, strength training, cardio) tailored to various fitness levels.
- Provide modifications and progressions to accommodate all participants.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive class atmosphere.
- Maintain a clean and organized workout space.
- Collaborate with the team to promote classes and special events.
Qualifications:
- Certified Group Fitness Instructor (ACE, NASM, AFAA, or equivalent) preferred.
- CPR/AED certification.
- Previous experience teaching group fitness classes.
- Strong interpersonal and motivational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
