Meet Clutch. Clutch Content Partners is a boutique production company and studio based in Downtown Miami. We dream, plan, shoot, edit, and deliver high-end content for our clients. Our crew includes award-winning storytellers, expert filmmakers, creative photographers and next-level editors for the modern multimedia world.
Responsibilities
No answering phones. No coffee runs (unless you were already going…) Interns with Clutch will learn by getting hands-on training in shooting, producing and editing content.
You will touch each area in the development and creation of content, including on-site production support, still photography, videography, scriptwriting, pre-production planning, but maintain a focus on assisting the production department.
We want you to develop your filmmaking and editing skills, grow your portfolio, and learn as much as possible about production, so you can go onto the next step of your career knowing which area you want to focus on.
Daily tasks may include...
- Assisting videographers and photographers on studio set
- Working as a production assistant in field environments
- Brainstorming for a campaign with the creative team
- Creating rough cuts with the post-production department
The Details
- Pay: $15–$18/hour (based on experience)
- Hours: Minimum 20 hours/week
- Timeline: September - November 2026
Who You Are
Location: MUST BE SOUTH-FLORIDA BASED and able to commute to Downtown Miami
Status: Junior, senior, grad student, or graduated within the last 6 months
Professional: Punctual, polished, driven, organized, creative and client-ready
Reliable: You’ve got transportation and can work the occasional night, weekend, 12 hour shift
Team Player: You thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Capable: Comfortable lifting gear (up to 40 lbs) and working on-site
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently holding a degree in film, media, communications, photography, or a related field
- Experience or strong interest in on-set production
- Familiarity with Canon cameras and Adobe Premiere a big plus
- 18 and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
