- Drivers: Minimum $195.00 per day (Flat Rate)
- Helpers: Minimum $170.00 per day (Flat Rate)

Key Responsibilities
- Load & Unload: Safely prepare and load appliances into box trucks for delivery, and load old appliances for removal.
- Safe Equipment Usage: Use a 2-wheel dolly ONLY when loading the truck. Use 2-man shoulder straps ONLY inside the customer's home to ensure ease and safety.
- Full Installation & Removal: Install all major appliances—including refrigerators, stoves, and washers/dryers. Safely remove and haul away old appliances.
- Quality Check: Double-check all installations for leaks and test the equipment to ensure it is 100% fully functional before leaving.
- Customer Education: Instruct customers and clients on how to operate their new appliances in a safe manner.
- Property Protection: Keep the delivery location clean and ensure all work areas remain completely damage-free.
- Smart Tech Usage: Successfully navigate and operate a smartphone to manage routes, guidelines, and delivery logs.
Position Expectations & Requirements
- Driver Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Experience driving box trucks is preferred.
- Schedule: Full-time work. We are a 7-day operation, and you will be scheduled to work a 6-day work week.
