CLUSTAG
Solutions Engineer — Intralogistics (North America)
Doral / Miami, FL · Full-Time · Travel as Needed · Base salary: $75,000 – $90,000 Bonus
ABOUT CLUSTAG
Clustag is a global provider of RFID-based intralogistics solutions, helping warehouse and distribution center operations improve accuracy, reduce errors, and optimize real-time inventory visibility.
We design and deploy RAIN RFID systems used in high-volume environments across retail, logistics, and e-commerce, enabling automated verification of inbound and outbound flows and near error-free operations.
With deployments in over 25 countries, Clustag combines proprietary technology with deep operational expertise to deliver end-to-end solutions for mission-critical warehouse environments.
In North America, we are growing rapidly, with a Customer Experience Center in Miami where clients can test solutions in real operating conditions before deployment.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer who operates at the intersection of technical solution design and commercial execution.
In this role, you will work directly with warehouse and distribution center operations teams to understand their challenges, design tailored RFID solutions, and actively contribute to the development of sales opportunities across your assigned accounts.
You will primarily work on active opportunities and inbound leads, focusing on understanding customer challenges, defining the right solution, and supporting the progression of each opportunity toward closing.
You will manage and progress a portfolio of assigned accounts and opportunities — combining hands-on solution engineering with consistent commercial follow-up — while working closely with C-level to support the growth of the North American business.
This is a dynamic, client-facing role where you will take ownership of your accounts, influence real projects, and play a key part in Clustag’s expansion in the U.S. market.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage and develop a portfolio of assigned accounts and opportunities, taking responsibility for both the technical solution and the commercial follow-up required to move each opportunity forward.
- Work primarily on inbound and active leads, understanding customer needs and progressing opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Conduct site visits and site surveys to understand customer operations and identify solutions fit.
- Design and propose RFID-based solutions, working closely with the Solutions Architect on complex projects.
- Deliver product demonstrations and present proposals, translating technical capabilities into clear business value
- Actively support the commercial process within assigned accounts, from discovery through proposal, follow-up, and closing support.
- Contribute to U.S. pipeline growth by developing and progressing active opportunities in coordination with the U.S. Director and Global Commercial Director.
- Build and maintain relationships with warehouse managers, operations leaders, and supply chain stakeholders.
- Keep opportunity and account activity updated in CRM.
- Represent Clustag at trade shows and industry events (MHI, MODEX, ProMat, NRF).
- Travel within North America as needed for customer visits, site surveys, and key project milestones (typically 1–2 trips per month).
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Required:
- Experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or solutions engineering role in industrial automation, WMS, AS/RS, conveyor systems, or material handling equipment.
- 2 to 6 years of experience in a client-facing technical role.
- Strong understanding of warehouse or distribution center operations.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- English fluency (written and spoken).
- Authorized to work in the United State.
- Based in Miami or willing to relocate.
Strong Plus
- Familiarity with WMS, ERP, or warehouse automation platforms
- Spanish fluency
- Experience with RFID, barcode, IoT, or automatic identification technologies
- Experience with AutoCAD or similar tools
- Experience with MEDDIC or similar sales methodologies
Not Required
- Prior RFID experience is not required. If you have worked with automation, WMS, or industrial systems, you already understand the environment. We will train you on the RFID layer.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base salary: $75,000 – $90,000 depending on experience
- Performance-based bonus (target 10%) linked to U.S. business growth and the progression of assigned sales opportunities
- 401(k)
- Medical coverage (partial)
- 15 days PTO
- 100% travel expenses covered
- Direct exposure to leadership and real career growth opportunities as Clustag scales in North America
