Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry. Carpenter that is willing to learn with minimum experience is welcome as well. Strong work ethic is essential. This role involves all aspects of carpentry in home building and remodeling. The Carpenter will work on various building projects, from framing and foundation work, to custom cabinetry ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Duties
- Complete work as instructed by Lead carpenter.
- Perform work at a high quality level and per architectural plans.
- Perform a range of carpentry tasks including but not limited to framing, interior and exterior trim and other carpentry related tasks.
- Built-in and custom cabinet making.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site to ensure project completion.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
Skills
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics.
- Knowledge of trim carpentry techniques for finishing work.
- Ability to use hand tools effectively for precise workmanship.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
