Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rockwall, TX, for the position of Speech Language Pathologist. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic intervention for children with a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders. Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, administering therapy sessions, monitoring progress, and collaborating with families and other therapists to create a supportive care environment.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Speech Therapy and addressing Speech and Communication Disorders
- Ability to tailor therapy plans based on individual needs and developmental progress
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with families and colleagues
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current licensure in the state of Texas
- Experience in pediatric therapy or feeding therapy is highly advantageous
- CPR certification
