About the Role:
We are looking for an individual who is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our kitchen facilities, including dishes, utensils, equipment, and floors. This includes sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces, as well as preparing food items for service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning dishes, utensils, and equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Maintaining the cleanliness of kitchen floors, walk-ins, storerooms, and employee locker rooms
- Communicating effectively with Executive Chef and Sous Chef regarding menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Ability to work in a team-based setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
