Small Group Programs Lead

Hourly, Commission Potential and Bonus Potential, Part time - Full time

Job Details/description: 

• Organizing, Scheduling, Marketing and Educating Staff about the JumpStart Program 
• Organizing, Scheduling, Marketing and Educating Staff about the Club360 Classes, Programs and Events. 
• Properly reporting attendance numbers and payroll reports bi-weekly. 
• Responsible for driving program booking percentages at POS, upgrades after consultation completion and increases in Premium Plus memberships. 
• Responsible for teaching the below percentages of the small group programs. Classes must be at various times/days on the schedule and times based on the needs/volume of the club and staffing. 
• He/She will complete a minimum of 5 office hours per week. These hours will consist of marketing, training staff, recruiting staff, planning programs, meetings, trainings and more. These hours must be completed during prime times. 
• Meeting deadlines for marketing and properly distributing marketing content on all platforms and communicating to staff. 
• Responsible for a minimum of 1 Membership Engagement Event / Challenge Per Quarter and Membership Appreciation Event Held on the Last Monday of Each Month.

Position Requirements 

• Nationally Accredited Personal Trainer 
• Minimum of Group Programs or Exercise Experience 
• Fluent in Social Media Platforms Sales, Marketing Experience Preferred 
• Required to travel 3 nights per Quarter for Trainings

Compensation 

 Position is a combination of the below: 

•  Scheduled for 50% of Budgeted 360 Classes per Week - Rate of Pay is based on the duration of the class.
•  Scheduled for Minimum of 75% of Budgeted JumpStart Classes, Rate of Pay is $12.50 Per Class 
• Minimum of 5 Hours Per Week of Admin/Office Hours ($12.50 HR) 
• Commission Paid on Personal Upgrades and Sales Generated through the JumpStart Class, Marketing Events and Outreach 
• Bonus: TBD, but based on the percentage of premium plus active members
