Associate'sACT & GRE Tutors Needed – In-Person (Sanford & Winter Springs, FL)

1️ ACT Tutor – Sanford, FL (Online or In person)
Location: Quiet Core, Sanford, FL 32771
Schedule:

• Mondays: 2:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
• Wednesdays: 3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

We are seeking an experienced ACT tutor to work in person with a high school student preparing for the ACT. The student needs support in English grammar, math, reading, and science, as well as help with timed practice and time management skills.

Requirements:

• A minimum of an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with ACT test prep
• Ability to build pacing and test-taking strategies
• Patient, dependable, and engaging teaching approach

2️ GRE Tutor – Winter Springs, FL (In person)
Location: Starbucks, 1220 East State Road 434, Winter Springs, FL
Schedule: Three 1-hour sessions per week, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Tutoring Period: December 8 – January 9 (excluding December 20)

We are looking for a qualified GRE tutor to work in person with a highly motivated college student preparing for the exam. The student aims to strengthen all sections: Verbal Reasoning, Quantitative Reasoning, and Analytical Writing. She has not yet taken the GRE but previously earned a 30 on the ACT and plans to take the GRE in early January. Her goal is to gain admission into an Anesthesiology Assistant Program that requires a competitive score.

Requirements:

• A minimum of an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
• Strong command of GRE content and strategies
• Experience improving test scores and managing intensive study schedules
• Dependable, organized, and encouraging tutoring style

Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
