In-Home Kindergarten / Early Childhood Tutor

Club Z! Tutoring of Greater Austin is a leading provider of 1-on-1 in-home and online tutoring. We pair qualified tutors with local students and manage client matching, billing, and administrative scheduling so you can focus entirely on teaching.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an engaging, reliable Early Childhood Tutor to provide personalized, in-home learning support for a Kindergarten student 5 days a week. This position is ideal for certified early childhood teachers, teaching assistants, or experienced private tutors seeking part-time hours during specific time frames.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1-on-1 in-home instruction focused on pre-k and kindergarten readiness, early literacy, basic math concepts, and fine motor skills.
• Adapt learning activities to match the student's developmental pace and interest.
• Provide brief session updates to parents on skill mastery and progress.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience teaching or tutoring Pre-K, kindergarten, or early elementary students is required.
• Strong passion for early childhood education and interactive, hands-on learning.
• Reliable personal transportation to travel to student homes in Austin, TX 78750.
• Must pass a background check prior to the start of the assignment.

Hours & Compensation:

• Pay Rate: $20.00-$22.00/hour
• Schedule: Flexible part-time hours based on family/tutor agreement (need 5 hours per week).
• Growth Opportunity: Take on additional students and expand your weekly hours in nearby areas as new client matches become available.
