Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to support students in educational settings. This role involves working directly with students—either one-on-one or in classroom environments—to implement behavior support strategies and promote positive outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA
- Provide direct support to students in 1:1 or classroom settings
- Collect and document behavioral data
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff
- Attend team meetings and training sessions
- Apply CPI techniques to manage and de-escalate behaviors
- Ensure student safety and well-being
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- CPI certification (training provided)
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

The ideal candidate will have experience in the Behavioral Support Field, and working with Children as a Behavior Tech or Related field( Paraprofessional, Classroom Support, Behavioral Health, Direct Support, Caregiving, Instructional Aide, etc.)
