BCBA – School-Based ABA

Club Xcite partners with school districts to deliver high-quality, practical behavior support for students with diverse learning and behavioral needs. Our work focuses on building sustainable systems in classrooms, strengthening staff capacity, and improving student outcomes through applied behavior analysis (ABA).
Position Summary
The BCBA is responsible for delivering and overseeing school-based behavioral services, with a primary focus on RBT supervision, functional behavior assessment (FBA), and classroom-based intervention design.
Classroom and Systems Design
- Design and support classroom-wide behavior systems, including reinforcement systems, schedules, and environmental supports
- Collaborate with teachers to develop practical, sustainable interventions
- Support generalization of skills across settings and staff
School Collaboration
- Partner with teachers, administrators, and related service providers
- Participate in IEP meetings, consultations, and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide staff training aligned to classroom and student needs
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, supervision, and outcomes
- Ensure services align with BACB standards, district expectations, and company policies
Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification in good standing
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience working in school-based or educational settings
- Strong experience with FBA, BIP development, and staff supervision
- Ability to work independently within a collaborative team model
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supervising RBTs in school settings
- Strong background in classroom management and systems design
- Familiarity with IEP processes and school-based consultation
- CPI, de-escalation, or crisis prevention training
