Club Studio is comprised of five innovative boutique fitness studios that were carefully curated to create a unique member experience, along with plenty of free weights, strength and cardio areas, Olympic size swimming pool, functional and personal training area, full-size basketball court, locker rooms, and babysitting services. This is where your unlimited boutique studio classes and your state-of-the-art gym have collided. Fitness in a class of its own.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Club Studio coordinator is a dynamic individual with previous boutique fitness management and hiring experience. The ideal candidate can recruit, ramp-up and head continued development of our studio concepts. (Strength, Yoga, Pilates, Cycle, Boxing.) You are ideally a master teacher at one of these modalities and are the face of Club Studio.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recruit, hire, and train top talent
• Assist in class schedules, playlists, and studio programming
• Energetic about member retention tasks and milestones
• Manages all studio concepts, trainers and studio experience
• Passionate about community outreach and planning in studio events
• Weekly meetings with the CSVP and Lead Trainers
• Teach top tier classes in your specialty

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 5 years group teaching experience
• Can work full time, including weekends when needed
• Experience managing and motivating a team
• Excellent organizational skills and quick to problem solve
• Passionate about growing your career in fitness and health with Club Studio

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000 - $85,000 per year

Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
