The Role:
This position will specifically encompass the Southeastern area of the United States, so the ability to travel is required.
Our Regional Operations Managers combine a passion for health and fitness with motivational leadership, proficiency in selecting and retaining talented District and Club Managers. This role will specifically encompass the Southeastern area of the United States, so the ability to travel is required. They have experience in giving and appreciating exceptional customer service, interacting with and selecting vendors and managing our properties to create an environment that will appeal to our members. If you are ambitious and driven, with a track record of successfully operating multiple locations, this position might be a perfect fit for you.
What you will be doing:
· You are responsible for club staffing at all levels. This includes Club Managers who provide professional training and leadership to the Club Staff.
· Your previous experiences and background enable you to resolve all escalated member concerns within your market quickly and thoroughly.
· You utilize the resources and systems in place to ensure facility presentation is in full compliance with company standards, including all aspects of maintenance and cleanliness.
· You collaborate and build rapport with the other department managers to support the overall performance of the market.
What we are looking for:
· Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 4 years of Management level experience
· Multi-Unit Management level experience
· A passionate for Health & Fitness
· This position is full-time. Travel is required. You are expected to take calls off-hours.
