Club Studio is comprised of five innovative boutique fitness studios that were carefully curated to create a unique member experience, along with plenty of free weights, strength and cardio areas, functional and personal training area, full-size basketball court, locker rooms, recovery services and more. This is where your unlimited boutique studio classes and your state-of-the art gym have collided. Fitness in a class of its own.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Find, hire, and train a top talented team that is fitness minded and provides exceptional customer service.
Set daily goals for yourself and your team to surpass company expectations.
Manager the Front Desk team, Studio Desk team, Recovery team and Janitorial team
Arrange and manage scheduling for staff
Assist in all aspects of running a clean and profitable club
Must be willing to learn the art of selling fitness, multiple modalities and studio classes
Ensure that your team can communicate studio concepts
- Daily 15-minute morning meeting with Sales Manager, Studio Director and Lead Trainer to discuss any outstanding items from the previous and plan a strategy for the current day
Be timely, well dressed, and ready to work
QUALIFICATIONS:
Fitness industry experience and passion
Leadership skills
40 hrs/week: Mon-Thurs 9am -6pm & Fri 8am - 5pm
Experience motivating a team
Excellent organizational skills
Passionate about growing your career in fitness and health with Club Studio
