Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Membership Sales Manager based in Austin, TX. The Membership Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing membership sales activities, generating leads, fostering relationships with potential members, and achieving sales targets. The role includes building a strong member community, managing the sales team, and delivering excellent customer service experiences to ensure satisfaction and retention. The position entails collaborating with team members to achieve company sales goals and enhance the overall member experience.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Membership Sales and Lead Generation to drive growth and build a strong customer base.
- Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Excellent capabilities in Customer Service to deliver exceptional member experiences and ensure retention.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in motivating and guiding a team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with members and team members alike.
- Experience in the fitness or wellness industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
