CLUB STUDIO, is a cutting-edge fitness experience that brings top-of-the-line amenities, best in boutique studio classes, and wellness services together in one gym. Clubs offer five carefully curated boutique studios including several yoga formats, boxing, cycling, Pilates, Rebound, cardio and strength. This is in addition to a full workout floor, functional training, sauna, spa, and a full recovery area that includes red light and cryotherapy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Find hire, train a top talented team that is fitness minded and understands customer service.
• Set daily goals for yourself and your team to surpass company expectations.
• Assist in managing the Front Desk, Studio team, Recovery lab and Janitorial departments
• Arrange and manage scheduling for staff
• Assist in all aspects of running a clean and profitable club through team by working with all managers and team members to accomplish this
• Must be willing to learn the art of selling fitness and multiple modalities and studio classes
• Ensure that your team can communicate studio concepts
• Passionate about community outreach and help the studio director in planning in studio events
• Daily 15-minute morning meeting with GM, Studio Director and PTD to discuss any outstanding items from the previous and plan a strategy for the current day
• Generate new clients and encourage the team to do the same
• Create a positive, safe teamwork environment
• Take responsibility for all club needs. Step in and help out
• Understand and respect the definition of management – “the skill of attaining predetermined goals with and through voluntary cooperation and effort of others”
• Eager to continue to learn about management skills development.
• Be timely well dressed and ready to work

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fitness industry experience and passion
• Leadership skills
• Work a minimum of 40 hrs. / 5 days a week/ responsible for weekend management
• Experience motivating a team
• Excellent organizational skills and quick to problem solve
• Passionate about growing your career in fitness and health with Club Studio
