Job Summary
Club Soda is seeking a dependable and organized Dining Operations Associate to support daily restaurant activities, guest service, dining area preparation, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with restaurant staff to maintain a clean, welcoming environment and ensure guests receive attentive and timely service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily dining room and restaurant service operations.
- Prepare tables, service stations, and dining areas before service.
- Welcome guests and respond courteously to general inquiries.
- Assist with delivering food and beverages and fulfilling guest requests.
- Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly between guests.
- Maintain clean, organized, and presentable dining and service areas.
- Restock utensils, napkins, condiments, menus, and other service supplies.
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to support accurate and timely orders.
- Assist with organizing takeout orders and verifying order details when needed.
- Monitor dining areas and respond promptly to guest needs.
- Support opening, closing, and routine cleaning procedures.
- Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing restaurant supplies.
- Report supply shortages, equipment issues, and facility concerns to management.
- Follow food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Help maintain safe, unobstructed walkways and work areas.
- Support coworkers during busy service periods and special events.
- Perform other dining operations duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, food-service, or customer-service experience preferred.
