Position Summary
The Site Director is responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of the Fort Mill summer camp location. This role includes supervising staff and campers, ensuring safety and quality programming, managing logistics, and upholding Club SciKidz operational standards and brand values.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily camp operations, schedules, and staff supervision
- Ensure camper safety, behavior management, and positive engagement
- Lead, mentor, and support camp instructors and assistant directors
- Implement Club SciKidz curriculum and operational guidelines
- Manage attendance, incident reporting, inventory, and supplies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and staff on-site
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and risk management protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Required)
- Minimum 2 years of teaching or youth leadership experience (Required). Preferably a certfied teacher
- Proven leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Experience with risk management and supervising staff preferred
- Valid Driver’s License (Required)
