Club Realty is seeking a new or experienced salesperson to work with us on residential rentals (and optionally sales). You have the ability to generate significant monthly income as a rental agent working in the fast paced Boston rental market and you can and will learn a ton about rentals, sales, investing, mortgages, rehabs, and more.

A MA Real Estate salesperson's license is required, but we will sponsor the licensing process for the right candidate. We prefer a full time agent due to the time required to be successful as an agent but are open to hiring part time for the right candidate.

We have offered successful careers to agents at our office for 15 years! The Club Realty office is located off of Harvard Ave on the Allston / Brookline border, but much of the work as an agent can be done remotely (access to a car is a must).

The rental market continues to show strong demand entering 2026 and we need boots on the ground to keep up with the influx of leads! Now is a great time to jump in and learn while earning solid cash flow at the same time. Not only are we able to offer consistent pre-qualified leads and showings to our agents, but you will receive personalized training from the owner which can be done remotely or in person.
