Job: Studio Manager, West Chelsea or Penn Station. The Studio Manager is the leader of the studio—responsible for driving revenue, developing a high-performing team, and owning the overall success of the business. This is a hands-on, sales-driven leadership role for someone who leads from the front, thrives on accountability, and knows how to turn goals into results.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Membership Growth (Primary Focus – 60%–70%)
- Lead the studio’s membership expansion through strategic outreach, in-studio Intro classes, and community engagement
- Support the team in making 100 outbound calls daily to warm leads, intro guests, and former members to convert interest into commitment
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly membership and revenue goals
- Master the art of consultative selling, building value, trust, and meaningful connections with every prospect
Team Leadership & Development (20–30%)
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing Sales Associates who embody our standards
- Lead from the front—demonstrating sales excellence and accountability daily through hands-on leadership, coaching, and one-on-one sessions
- Build a high-energy, collaborative culture where growth and accountability thrive
Member Experience & Retention (10%–15%)
- Build genuine relationships with members: celebrating milestones, recognizing wins, and elevating the member experience
- Oversee retention efforts, including cancellations, freezes, and re-engagement
- Address and resolve member concerns quickly and effectively
