POSITION

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving membership and revenue growth while creating an exceptional experience for both prospective and current members. This position owns the studio sales process from lead follow up and appointment setting through enrollment and ongoing member support.

The Sales Manager will also help lead and coach the Sales Associate team, ensuring leads are followed up with consistently, sales goals are being met, and members receive friendly, knowledgeable, and personalized service.

Fitness or sales experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone who is confident, organized, motivated, personable, and comfortable having sales conversations.

• Ability to coach and motivate a sales team
• Ability to learn and confidently use ClubReady and other computer systems
• Excellent communication skills in person, by phone, text, and email
• Strong organization and follow through
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy studio environment
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of responsibilities
• Must be fluent in English
• Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods throughout the workday
  
  
  

Schedule: Monday through Friday, primarily 7:30am to 3:00pm, with occasional evenings and weekends for events, meetings, and studio needs.

Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Management

• Own the studio sales process from lead generation and follow up through enrollment
• Respond to and follow up with leads consistently and promptly
• Book quality Intro appointments and help convert prospects into members
• Conduct studio tours and Intro appointments while learning each prospect's goals and needs
• Present membership options and additional services including retail, private training, and teacher training
• Maintain personal sales production and contribute to monthly studio sales goals
• Reengage past leads and prospective members who have not yet joined
• Track leads, appointments, follow up, and sales activity in ClubReady
  
  
  

Team Leadership

• Lead, coach, and support Sales Associates in their daily responsibilities
• Help train new Sales Associates on Club Pilates sales processes, ClubReady, and member service
• Monitor lead follow up and sales activity to help the team reach monthly goals
• Provide feedback and encouragement to help team members improve their sales skills
• Help create a positive, motivated, and accountable sales environment
  
  
  

Member Experience

• Provide friendly, personalized service to current and prospective members
• Build relationships with members and help them find the membership and services that best fit their goals
• Assist with membership upgrades, freezes, cancellations, and other member needs
• Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized studio environment
• Help address member concerns and communicate important information to the General Manager
  
  
  

Community & Studio Support

• Participate in studio events, community events, health fairs, grand openings, and other promotional opportunities
• Help promote Club Pilates within the local community
• Assist with retail merchandising and sales
• Support studio operations and cleanliness as needed
• Participate in team meetings, training, and special events
• Perform other duties as assigned
