Club Pilates was one of the first studios to create a 500-hour Teacher Training Program designed to thoroughly and safely teach group Pilates apparatus classes. Job Summary: Club Pilates is opening a studio in Mililani. As the General Manager of Club Pilates Mililani, you will be responsible for overseeing all studio operations, managing a team, and driving membership sales. This is a key leadership role with a focus on creating a welcoming environment, building relationships with clients, and ensuring the success of the studio. The ideal candidate has a passion for fitness and wellness, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Studio Leadership:
- Oversee the daily operations of the new studio, ensuring smooth and efficient management.
- Lead and inspire the studio team, including instructors and sales staff, to create a motivating and supportive environment for members.
- Monitor class schedules, instructor performance, and studio cleanliness to ensure a premium member experience.
Sales and Marketing:
- Lead membership sales through effective lead generation and marketing efforts including: community outreach & grass roots marketing, social media, referrals, and relationship building.
- Manage prospective client inquiries, conduct tours, and present membership options.
- Implement and track local marketing strategies to attract new members and grow the studio’s visibility in the Mililani and Central Oahu area.
- Drive the studio's 4 revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
Client Relations:
- Develop strong relationships with members, creating a welcoming environment and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address any client concerns or feedback promptly and professionally to maintain a high retention rate.
- Encourage and support new members through their Pilates journey, helping them achieve their fitness goals.
- Ensure all client relations are properly recorded and managed in studio software
Financial Management:
- Manage the studio’s budget and financial performance, including membership sales, retail sales, and expenses.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly goals.
- Manage payroll and scheduling to ensure operational efficiency while maintaining financial health.
Team Development:
- Recruit, hire, and train studio staff, ensuring that all team members are aligned with Club Pilates’ values and goals.
- Provide ongoing training and performance evaluations to foster growth and development within the team.
- Create a positive, motivating work culture that drives performance and team cohesion.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fitness or health and wellness setting.
- Strong sales and marketing skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for Pilates, fitness, and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
- Knowledge of studio operations, scheduling, and financial reporting.
- Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the public.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year (salary bonus compensation)
