Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to oversee the sales and operations of our Club Pilates studio located in Bozeman, MT. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves managing daily studio operations, including member acquisition and retention efforts, leading and motivating staff, and achieving sales targets. The General Manager will lead marketing initiatives, ensure high customer satisfaction, and maintain studio performance metrics. Developing strategic business plans and handling operational efficiency will be core responsibilities, along with fostering a vibrant studio culture and maintaining brand standards.
