Position Overview: Sales Representative – Your Opportunity to Shine in Fitness Sales
As a Sales Representative at Club Pilates, you play a crucial role in driving our studio's growth. Your primary mission is to bring new members into our Pilates community, turning prospects into loyal members through engaging and informative Demo Classes. This role is perfect for those passionate about fitness and sales, offering you the chance to make a significant impact in people's lives while achieving your sales goals.
What You Bring:
- Exceptional sales, communication, and customer service skills.
- A goal-oriented mindset with a talent for selling memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
- Proficiency in using Club Ready software or a willingness to learn.
- The ability to engage with clients in person, over the phone, and via email fluently in English.
- A resilient approach to work, capable of thriving under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong computer skills.
- Flexibility for daily or occasional travel as needed.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the sales process effectively from lead generation to closing.
- Conduct facility tours, fostering relationships and addressing individual fitness needs.
- Achieve personal sales targets while promoting Club Pilates as a premier fitness and wellness provider.
- Showcase our services to current and prospective members, focusing on their fitness goals.
- Secure monthly sales quotas by booking quality appointments.
- Represent Club Pilates at special events, enhancing our community presence.
- Continuously develop your selling skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
