Club Pilates is growing throughout Middle Tennessee, and we are looking for comprehensively certified Pilates Instructors interested in joining our team.
We currently operate studios in East Nashville, Mt. Juliet, and two locations in Murfreesboro, with additional studios coming soon to Smyrna, Hermitage, and Lebanon.
Whether you're looking for a consistent weekly teaching schedule, substitute-only opportunities, or a combination of both, we'd love to hear from you. Instructors may teach at one studio or across multiple locations based on their interests, availability, and studio needs.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our instructors are at the heart of the member experience.
We are looking for instructors who are passionate about Pilates, confident leading group classes, and committed to providing safe, engaging, high-quality instruction for members with a wide range of experience levels and fitness backgrounds.
Candidates should be comprehensively certified, including training in:
- Mat
- Reformer
- Chair
- Cadillac / Trapeze Table
- Springboard / Tower
Our studios give instructors the opportunity to incorporate a wide variety of Pilates equipment and training modalities into their classes, including Reformer, Chair, Springboard, Mat, TRX, barre, and more.
TEACHING OPPORTUNITIES
We understand that Pilates instructors are looking for different levels of commitment, which is why we are open to several types of schedules:
- Recurring Part-Time Blocks – Build a consistent weekly teaching schedule with conveniently scheduled blocks of classes.
- Substitute-Only Opportunities – Join our instructor team and pick up available classes when your schedule allows without committing to a recurring weekly block.
- A Combination of Both – Maintain a regular schedule while also having opportunities to pick up additional classes.
- Multiple Studio Opportunities – Teach at one location or across multiple current and future Middle Tennessee studios based on your availability and preferences.
Morning, midday, evening, and weekend opportunities may be available depending on the studio.
