Position Summary
The Assistant Studio Manager is responsible for driving membership sales, supporting daily studio operations, coaching team members, and delivering an exceptional member experience.
This position combines sales, leadership, customer service, operations, marketing, recruiting, and community outreach in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
You'll work closely with the Studio Manager to grow the business while developing your own leadership skills.
Pilates experience is not required. We will teach you our business. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping people.
What You'll Do
Membership Sales
- Convert prospective members into long-term members through consultative sales.
- Conduct studio tours and recommend memberships based on each person's goals.
- Follow up with leads through phone, text, email, and CRM software.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly membership sales goals.
- Build relationships that create referrals and long-term member loyalty.
Leadership
- Coach and motivate front desk associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Help recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train new team members.
- Foster a positive, high-energy, team-oriented culture.
- Support employee development through coaching and accountability.
Operations
- Support daily studio operations and opening/closing procedures.
- Assist with scheduling, payroll, inventory, and administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records using ClubReady and other business systems.
- Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Follow company policies and operational standards.
Marketing & Community
- Participate in community events and local partnerships.
- Generate new leads through networking and grassroots marketing.
- Help execute marketing campaigns and member appreciation events.
- Build relationships with local businesses and organizations.

Schedule
This is a full-time position. Flexibility to work some mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require is expected.
