Assistant General Manager
Reports to: Area Manager
Locations: Grandview Yard, Powell, New Albany, NW Dublin, Worthington and Hilliard (6 positions available)
Status: 30 hours per week/hourly/non-exempt

Primary Role: Ensure the studio runs smoothly in the Area Manager’s absence and drives sales goals through a combination of exceptional customer experience, consistent sales efforts, and reliable operational support.
Responsibilities: Sales & Member Experience, Studio and Team Support, Events and Marketing
● Deliver outstanding customer service to current members and prospective clients via in-person interactions, phone, and email
● Proactively contact leads and prospects to schedule classes and convert them into memberships
● Resolve member inquiries, including billing questions and account support
● Maintain timely responses to emails and text messages
● Uphold and enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures
● Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment, including light cleaning each shift
● Complete a minimum of 50 daily activities per shift within ClubReady
● Assist with inventory management, including system updates and annual audits
● Support the Area Manager (AM) with interviewing, onboarding, and training new sales staff
● Serve as a point of contact for the sales team in the AM's absence
● Provide coverage for AM by working a complementary schedule to ensure consistent management presence
● Cover open sales shifts and support overall team needs
● Participate in studio promotions, networking events, and community outreach efforts
● Assist in planning and executing monthly member events, including vendor coordination and setup
● Support social media initiatives and studio marketing efforts
Additional Expectations:
● Provide off-site or in-studio coverage when the AM is unavailable or out of town
● Maintain flexibility to take on new responsibilities, schedule adjustments, and evolving business needs
● Attend weekly meetings with the AM to review performance, studio goals, and opportunities for growth

Requirements and Skills:
● Minimum of thirty hours a week, inclusive of four full sales shifts
● Nights and weekends required
● At least 1 year of sales experience or 6 months with Club Pilates
● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
● Ability to learn Club Ready
● Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
